ORDER & PAYMENT
DELIVER
Delivery costs and handling costs are not always included in the price shown. The amount of the delivery costs is stated in the shop or will be announced during the order.
DISPATCH
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free. Before your order is completed, the shipping costs will already be indicated during the ordering process.
Shipments are delivered by the carrier between 3-5 working days after ordering.
RETURNS
If you no longer want a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the product (in original packaging) is undamaged. The costs for returns are for the customer. Don't forget to include (a copy of) your proof of purchase with the return shipment.

PRICES
The prices of all products that can be ordered include sales tax (VAT). If the prices for the products and services offered increase in the period between the order and its execution, the buyer pays the price for the product at the time of the order. The prices of goods listed on the shop are subject to change for any reason. Goods can be exchanged.
PAY
Payment is made by iDEAL or credit card payment. These payments can be completed in the following ways:
Credit card: The goods will be shipped after receipt of authorization by the relevant credit card company.
iDEAL: The goods will be shipped after receipt of authorization by the chosen bank.
